Really enjoyed my perfect time here!

The venue was clean and big. I was given a well furnished and airy room with a nice view, the kitchen below, balcony. I had a microwave oven and a refrigerator.

The staff are amiable and very hospitable. The location is perfect and magnificent, 3 km from Al Azaiba Mosque. 10 minutes drive to the airport, it is located in a residential neighbourhood.

We were in the suite with a microwave oven, climate control, and an iron. The hotel's location was amazing, so close to night food market🙂😀

Think that this nicely decorated hotel is beyond compare, really enjoyed it. The venue is clean, the stuff is very helpful and well managed. The venue is placed in a central position in a residential neighbourhood.

I recently stayed at a lovely guest house in Muscat. Behlys Boutique was a charming property with well-furnished rooms and ample storage space. Our room was equipped with both AC and a fan, which was necessary given the weather. The staff, especially Rahim, were friendly and helpful, offering great advice on things to do and see. The guest house was conveniently located near the airport, just a 10-minute drive away, and only a short walk to a public beach. There was also a grocery store right across the road, making it easy to pick up any necessities.

I had an incredible stay at this boutique hotel! The owner, Behly, went above and beyond to ensure my comfort and satisfaction. Not only was the room spacious and stylish with a breathtaking sea view, but the staff also prepared a delicious breakfast every morning. The location was perfect, just a short walk from the beautiful sandy beach. I truly felt like I found a home away from home during my stay in Oman.

The location is very convenient, as it is situated close to the airport but is still in a peaceful and quiet neighborhood. The spacious rooms are well-maintained and equipped with a fan and AC which definitely add to the comfortable stay. The friendly staff provided great service and the breakfast was satisfying after a long day of exploring. the communal fridges which can store groceries offer a convenient option to store food items.

The location, while convenient for the airport, may require a bit of travel to reach some of the other popular attractions in the area.

This hotel is a hidden gem! The value for money is exceptional. The prices are very reasonable, especially considering its convenient location near the beach and not too far from the airport. The hotel is conveniently close to the airport and just next to the beach. The staff is friendly and always willing to help. The hotel facilities are clean and well-maintained. Besides, the location just next to the beach is fantastic for walking and relaxing.

No major issues - everything was perfect!

We stayed for three nights and had a wonderful experience at Behlys Boutique. The owner and manager were friendly and trustworthy, providing us with helpful information about local attractions. The breakfast was sufficient and the staff were consistently polite and helpful. The swimming pool was clean and enjoyable, and though the hotel does not have a private beach, it was just a short 200-meter walk to a clean beach where we swam every day. we felt at home here and preferred it over a crowded hotel room.

Can't recommend highly enough this hotel.

We had a wonderful stay during Christmas. The staff went above and beyond to make our holiday special. They even surprised us with a small Christmas present and made us feel like part of their family. The continental breakfast was delicious and had a good variety of options. The location was convenient, just a short walk to the beach and a quick drive from the airport. One more advantage was the spacious and clean pool, perfect for relaxing and enjoying the sunny weather.

There were a couple of drawbacks. the shower drain was a bit clogged, which was slightly inconvenient.
